- The Oaks, its owners, and affiliates are not responsible or liable for any claims, damages, injuries, losses, or incidents of any kind that may occur at or surrounding this event.
- Carver LLC and all event staff, contractors, and production partners are likewise not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from attendance or participation.
- All guests are subject to search upon entry. Security has the right to deny or revoke entry without refund if any prohibited behavior or items are detected.
- Prohibited items include: weapons of any kind, illegal substances, outside food or drink, professional recording equipment, and anything deemed dangerous by staff.
- Flashing lights, strobes, loud music, and haze/fog will be in use throughout the event.
- By entering, you consent to being photographed or filmed and grant permission for your likeness to be used in future promotional materials.
All ticket sales are final. Entry is contingent on compliance with all terms and venue policies.
