PLEASE READ THIS POLICY CAREFULLY PRIOR TO PURCHASING ANY TICKET, WRISTBAND, OR PASS (COLLECTIVELY, “TICKET”). TRANSACTION INFORMATION; REVOCABLE LICENSE; REFUSAL OF ADMISSION	1.	ALL SALES ARE FINAL.&nbsp;TICKETS ARE&nbsp;NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE, EVEN IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION.	2. ROOFTOP CAPACITY RESTRICTIONS	•	ATTENDEES WITH ULTRA VIP ACCESS MAY BE REQUIRED TO&nbsp;WAIT&nbsp;BEFORE ENTERING THE ROOFTOP AREA IF IT HAS REACHED ITS&nbsp;SAFE OCCUPANCY LIMIT.•	ENTRY WILL BE&nbsp;GRANTED ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS&nbsp;AS SPACE BECOMES AVAILABLE. ALCOHOL POLICY	•	ONLY ATTENDEES 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER MAY CONSUME ALCOHOL.	•	A VALID GOVERNMENT-ISSUED PHOTO IDENTIFICATION IS REQUIRED FOR VERIFICATION AT ENTRY.	•	ANY PERSON UNABLE TO PRESENT A VALID ID WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO DRINK ALCOHOL AT THE EVENT. WATER BOTTLE POLICY•	EACH ATTENDEE MAY BRING UP TO&nbsp;TWO (2) SEALED WATER BOTTLES.•	NO GLASS CONTAINERS&nbsp;ARE ALLOWED. CARNIVAL GAMES &amp; RIDES LIABILITY WAIVER By participating in any&nbsp;carnival games, rides, or interactive activities, you voluntarily assume&nbsp;all risks&nbsp;associated with these activities, including the risk of personal injury, property damage, or death.&nbsp;Thaw Out Knoxville LLC, its staff, vendors, and sponsors&nbsp;are&nbsp;not liable&nbsp;for any injuries or damages resulting from participation. LOST OR STOLEN PROPERTY DISCLAIMER Thaw Out Knoxville LLC is&nbsp;not responsible&nbsp;for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property at the Event, including but not limited to&nbsp;bags, phones, wallets, and other valuables. NO RE-ENTRY POLICY Re-entry to the Event is&nbsp;not permitted after initial entry. Any exit from the festival grounds will be considered final. PROHIBITED CONDUCT &amp; REMOVAL POLICY Thaw Out Knoxville LLC reserves the right to&nbsp;remove any attendee&nbsp;from the Event without refund if they engage in:•	Disorderly conduct•	Illegal activity•	Harassment•	Violence•	Any behavior deemed unsafe or disruptive to others WEATHER &amp; ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS DISCLAIMER Attendees acknowledge that the Event takes place outdoors and understand the risks associated with:	•	Extreme weather conditions	•	Uneven terrain	•	Loud music &amp; flashing lights	•	Other environmental hazards Thaw Out Knoxville LLC&nbsp;is not responsible&nbsp;for any injuries or health-related issues resulting from these conditions. MEDICAL TREATMENT AUTHORIZATION &amp; LIABILITY WAIVER By attending the Event, you consent to receive&nbsp;medical care deemed necessary&nbsp;by Event staff, emergency personnel, or licensed medical professionals.&nbsp;Thaw Out Knoxville LLC&nbsp;is&nbsp;not liable&nbsp;for any medical treatment or transport provided at or after the Event. ARTIST LINEUP &amp; SCHEDULE CHANGES•	The Event lineup and schedule are&nbsp;subject to change at any time&nbsp;without notice.•	Thaw Out Knoxville LLC&nbsp;does&nbsp;not guarantee&nbsp;the appearance of any specific artist and reserves the right to&nbsp;substitute, reschedule, or cancel&nbsp;performances without refund or compensation.•	In the event of an&nbsp;artist cancellation, no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued.•	Attendees&nbsp;acknowledge and accept&nbsp;that artist lineup changes, performance delays, or cancellations are&nbsp;beyond the control of Thaw Out Knoxville LLC, and ticket sales remain final. POLICY CHANGESThaw Out has the exclusive right to set &amp; change ticket policies at any time. PUBLICITY RELEASE &amp; FILMING RIGHTS By entering the event, attendees grant&nbsp;Thaw Out Knoxville LLC&nbsp;the unrestricted right to&nbsp;record, film, photograph, and capture audio and video footage&nbsp;of attendees for promotional, advertising, and broadcast purposes. MISCELLANEOUS This policy is governed by the laws of the state of Tennessee. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in Tennessee courts.
