All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling changes, personal conflicts, illness, or weather-related delays. This event is rain or shine. In the event of severe weather or other circumstances that prevent the event from happening as scheduled, the event may be rescheduled. No refunds will be issued if the event is rescheduled.

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

DEFINITION OF RELEASED PARTIES

“Released Parties” refers collectively to RushLink, Inc., its partners, subsidiaries, affiliates, contractors, sponsors, venue owners and operators, artists and talent, staff, volunteers, insurers, vendors, and any of their agents or representatives.

VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By attending a RushLink event, Attendee understands they are participating voluntarily and that attendance may involve risks, including but not limited to injury, property damage, illness (including exposure to communicable diseases), weather conditions, crowd-related incidents, loud sounds, strobe or flashing lights, alcohol consumption, and actions of other attendees. Attendee accepts all such risks and assumes full responsibility for their participation.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Attendee releases the Released Parties from all liability for any claims, demands, losses, or damages related to injury (including death), illness, or property damage arising from attendance at or participation in any RushLink event, including those arising from negligence, equipment malfunction, or third-party actions.

INDEMNIFICATION

Attendee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties against any claims or liabilities, including legal fees, arising out of their own conduct or the conduct of any minors or guests under their supervision.

MEDICAL CONSENT

Attendee consents to receive emergency medical treatment if necessary and is solely responsible for any resulting costs. Attendee releases the Released Parties from any liability related to the provision or outcome of such care.

MINORS

If Attendee is responsible for a minor, they agree to these terms on the minor’s behalf and assume full responsibility for the minor’s participation.

USE OF LIKENESS

Attendee grants RushLink and its partners the right to use their image, voice, and likeness in photos, video, and audio recorded at the event for promotional, commercial, or any lawful purpose without further permission or compensation.

CONDUCT & REMOVAL POLICY

Attendee agrees to follow all event rules, venue policies, and local laws. RushLink reserves the right to remove any person for unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or unlawful behavior, without refund.

ALCOHOL AND SUBSTANCE ACKNOWLEDGMENT

Attendee acknowledges that alcohol may be present at certain RushLink events. They accept full responsibility for their consumption and behavior and agree not to engage in unsafe or unlawful conduct while under the influence.

VENDORS AND THIRD PARTIES

RushLink is not liable for the actions, services, or products of any third-party vendors or independent operators present at the event.

RECORDING POLICY

Professional recording equipment, drones, and livestreaming are prohibited without written consent from RushLink. Unauthorized commercial use of event content is strictly forbidden.

PROGRAMMING AND ARTIST DISCLAIMER

Artists, set times, and other event details are subject to change without notice. RushLink is not liable for lineup changes, cancellations, or modifications to programming.

REENTRY AND SECURITY

Reentry policies vary by event and are at the sole discretion of RushLink and the venue. All attendees consent to reasonable searches of their person and belongings.

ACCESSIBILITY

RushLink is committed to providing accessible experiences and will make reasonable accommodations in accordance with ADA guidelines. Requests should be submitted to admin@therushlink.com in advance.

WEATHER AND FORCE MAJEURE

RushLink events are typically held rain or shine. No refunds will be issued due to weather or other force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, public health concerns, or government restrictions. RushLink reserves the right to cancel or postpone events at its discretion.

INFECTIOUS DISEASE ACKNOWLEDGMENT

Attendee accepts the risk of exposure to COVID-19 or other illnesses and agrees not to attend if symptomatic or under public health isolation. RushLink is not responsible for any resulting illness or exposure.

TICKET TERMS

Tickets and wristbands are non-refundable and non-transferable. Lost or damaged wristbands may not be replaced. Entry is subject to security checks and compliance with all event policies.

NO EXPECTATION OF PRIVACY

Attendees acknowledge that the event may be monitored or recorded. There is no expectation of privacy in public event areas.

CLASS ACTION AND JURY TRIAL WAIVER

Attendee agrees to resolve disputes individually and waives the right to participate in class actions or jury trials.

ELECTRONIC CONSENT

Acceptance of these terms through ticket purchase or attendance constitutes legal agreement under applicable law.

GOVERNING LAW AND SEVERABILITY

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. If any part is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.

CERTIFICATION

By purchasing a ticket and attending a RushLink event, Attendee confirms they are at least 16 years old or are the guardian of any minor they accompany and that they have read and agree to these terms freely and voluntarily.
