TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TICKET PURCHASE AND EVENT ATTENDANCE

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the event hosted by Carver Event Solutions (“Organizer”), you (“Attendee”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ticket, attending, or participating in the event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. No Liability and Assumption of Risk

The Organizer, its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, contractors, volunteers, and sponsors shall not be liable for any personal injury, illness, death, property damage, loss, theft, or any other harm or liability that may occur before, during, or after the event.

Attendee voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to the event, including, but not limited to, the risk of contracting illness (including COVID-19), physical injury, emotional distress, or other damages that may result from attending the event. Attendee assumes full responsibility for their conduct and the conduct of any minor under their care.

3. Release and Indemnification

Attendee hereby releases, waives, and discharges the Organizer and all associated parties from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of or relating to attendance at the event.

Attendee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, including legal fees, arising out of or related to:

• Attendee’s conduct;
• Violation of these Terms;
• Injury to persons or property;
• Use or misuse of any amenities at the eve

4. Age Requirements and ID

This event is strictly for individuals who meet the minimum age requirement as advertised. Valid government-issued identification is required at entry. No refunds will be given for denied entry due to age or invalid identification.

5. BYOB and Alcohol Consumption

If the event is designated as BYOB:

• Only attendees aged 21 and over may bring and consume alcoholic beverages.
• Coolers are welcome for guests 21+, but all containers are subject to search.
• Over-consumption and disorderly conduct may result in removal from the event without refund.
• The Organizer is not responsible for any incidents, injuries, or damages resulting from alcohol use.

6. Behavior and Conduct

Attendees are expected to act respectfully and responsibly. The Organizer reserves the right to remove any individual from the event for behavior deemed unsafe, disruptive, or in violation of event rules, without refund.

7. No Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be given for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Inclement weather;
• Performer cancellations;
• Attendee’s inability to attend;
• Schedule changes;
• Acts of God or force majeure events.

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or modify the event at its discretion. In such cases, alternate arrangements or credits may be offered at the Organizer’s sole discretion.

8. Media and Photography Release

By entering the event, Attendee grants the Organizer and its partners permission to capture and use images, video, and audio recordings taken during the event for promotional and commercial purposes, without compensation or notification.

9. Venue Rules and Searches

All attendees and their belongings may be subject to security screening, including bag checks and pat-downs. Prohibited items may be confiscated and individuals may be denied entry or ejected at the discretion of security personnel.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE ORGANIZER BE LIABLE TO THE ATTENDEE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF ENJOYMENT, DATA, OR PROFITS, EVEN IF THE ORGANIZER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

11. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be severed and the remainder of the Terms will remain in full force and effect.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in [Your Parish/County], Louisiana.

BY PURCHASING A TICKET OR ENTERING THE EVENT PREMISES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM.
