Overview

Meltin' Margs Music Festival comes to Chicago, IL on June 20-21, 2025, at Soldier Field's South Lot. Blending House and Country across two days featuring over 30 artists. Friday is the House Music day, and Saturday is the Country Music day. Attendees will enjoy top-notch production across two stages, engaging sponsor activations, a variety of food vendors, and most importantly, MARGARITAS.

GA Ticket Info

General Admission ticket-holders will have access to all festival areas, which include multiple stages featuring incredible production and festival food and drink areas. GA attendees can also experience various sponsor activations and enjoy the scenic views of Chicago. Each GA ticket allows for the entry of one person.

VIP Ticket Info

VIP ticket holders will experience everything in GA + more. They will benefit from expedited entry through a dedicated VIP line, access to an exclusive VIP area with front stage access, private restrooms, and a premium bar. Additionally, VIPs will receive a complimentary ticket to the official Meltin' Margs After Party (valued at $30).

Platinum Ticket Info

Platinum ticket holders will have a fully inclusive experience. Includes all features/experiences included in GA + VIP. They will benefit from luxury bathrooms, premeiere front stage viewing, and all food and drink included. Catered food and bar areas for easy access.

Policies, Terms, & Conditions

The festival will proceed rain or shine. All ticket sales are final with no refunds. In the case of severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances that pose safety risks, the event organizers reserve the right to either relocate the festival to a new venue or reschedule it to a new date. Please note, the area around Soldier Field is a smoke-free environment.

2025 – WAIVER AND RELEASE OF

LIABILITY

DEFINITION OF RELEASED PARTIES

“Released Parties” refers collectively to Meltin’ Margs Music Festival, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, organizers, producers, contractors, sponsors, venue owners, talent, staff, volunteers, insurers, vendors, and any agents thereof.

VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Attendee understands that participation in the Festival is voluntary and may involve known and unknown risks including, but not limited to, injury, property loss, illness, exposure to communicable diseases, weather conditions, loud noise, alcohol consumption, crowd interaction, equipment malfunction, and the negligent or criminal acts of third parties. Attendee voluntarily assumes all such risks and takes full responsibility for their participation.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by Illinois law, Attendee waives, releases, and discharges any and all claims against the Released Parties for any loss, liability, injury (including death), illness, or damage to person or property arising from or related to attendance at the Festival, including claims arising from ordinary negligence, premises liability, equipment failure, or third-party acts.

INDEMNIFICATION

Attendee agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from their own conduct or from the conduct of any minor or guest under their supervision during the Festival.

MEDICAL CONSENT AND RESPONSIBILITY

Attendee consents to receive emergency medical treatment if necessary and agrees to be solely responsible for any associated medical expenses. Attendee waives any claim against the Released Parties arising from such care.

MINORS

If Attendee is supervising a minor, they accept full responsibility for that minor and agree to these terms on their behalf. Attendee releases the Released Parties from all liability related to the minor’s attendance.

USE OF IMAGE AND LIKENESS

Attendee grants the Festival and its agents unrestricted, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide rights to use Attendee’s image, likeness, voice, and appearance in photographs, video, and audio taken during the Festival, for promotional or commercial purposes, without further consent or compensation.

RULES, POLICIES, AND REMOVAL

Attendee agrees to comply with all Festival policies including conduct and alcohol policies, as well as all posted instructions and local laws. Behavior deemed unsafe, abusive, disruptive, discriminatory, or inappropriate may result in immediate removal without refund.

ALCOHOL AND SUBSTANCE ACKNOWLEDGMENT

Attendee acknowledges that alcohol will be served on Festival grounds and assumes full responsibility for their consumption and behavior. Attendee agrees not to operate a vehicle or engage in unsafe activities while impaired.

VENDOR AND THIRD-PARTY LIABILITY

The Festival is not responsible for the actions, products, or services provided by independent vendors, exhibitors, or third-party operators present at the event.

RECORDING AND DRONE POLICY 

Attendee agrees not to record, transmit, livestream, or commercially exploit any part of the Festival without prior written permission. Drones and aerial recording devices are strictly prohibited unless authorized.

AMENITY AND PROGRAMMING DISCLAIMER 

Attendee acknowledges that Festival amenities, services, and experiences are subject to change and not guaranteed. The Festival is not liable for changes to advertised talent, vendors, activations, or operational features.

REENTRY AND SEARCH CONSENT

Reentry is not guaranteed and may be limited or denied at the discretion of the Festival. All reentry is subject to current security protocols and wristband verification. Attendee consents to reasonable search of their person and belongings upon entry or while on Festival grounds.

ACCESSIBILITY 

Festival is committed to providing a welcoming environment and ADA-compliant accommodations. Requests for additional support may be directed to Festival staff connect@meltinmargs.com .

WEATHER AND FORCE MAJEURE 

Festival is a rain-or-shine event. No refunds or exchanges will be provided due to weather-related disruption or force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, acts of God, public health emergencies, or government orders. The Festival may cancel or modify the event at its sole discretion for any reason.

COVID-19 AND INFECTIOUS DISEASE WAIVER 

Attendee acknowledges the risk of exposure to COVID-19, influenza, RSV, or any communicable disease and agrees not to attend if symptomatic or under isolation protocols. Attendee releases the Released Parties from liability for any illness related to attendance.

TICKETING AND ENTRY

Wristbands are non-refundable, non-transferable, and will not be replaced if lost, damaged, or removed. Admission requires valid wristband and compliance with Festival policies. Security screenings and bag checks may be conducted.

NO EXPECTATION OF PRIVACY

Attendee acknowledges that the Festival grounds may be monitored by security cameras and livestreams. No expectation of privacy exists on premises.

CLASS ACTION AND JURY TRIAL WAIVER

Attendee agrees that any dispute will be resolved individually and waives the right to participate in any class action or collective proceeding. Attendee waives any right to a jury trial.

ELECTRONIC CONSENT

Attendee agrees that acceptance of these terms electronically—via ticket purchase, check box, or attending the event—constitutes legal acceptance under Illinois law.

GOVERNING LAW AND SEVERABILITY

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect.

CERTIFICATION

By participating in the Festival, Attendee certifies that they are 18 years of age or the legal guardian of any minor in attendance, and that they agree to the terms of this Agreement freely and without coercion.
